DRIVER4YOU is a tourist transport service company with a capital of MAD 10,000.00, whose registered office is at 37 rue Abderrahmane sahraoui 20070 Casablanca., Registered with the Casablanca Trade and Companies Register under No. 413541. (Hereinafter ” Society “). The Company provides a transportation service in a transport vehicle with driver. We operate, exclusively on immediate reservation or in advance.

These General Terms and Conditions constitute the contract by which the company proposes and provides the Service and apply for orders of vehicles of the customer from the company that it is, by telephone, by Internet or via the site https://driver4you.ma
By using the service, the customer recognizes and accepts all the terms of these terms and conditions.

1.0 OBJECT OF THE SERVICE

The company provides a tourist transport service and provides its customers with tourist transport vehicles with driver.

2.0 RESERVE A VEHICLE

The service is open every day, 24 hours a day, and is only accessible by prior arrangement. We do not take into account any reservation between 22:00 pm and 06:00 am, for the same day, because a minimum of 6 hours is necessary. For the moment, the company is not able to propose to put in relation with specific vehicles adapted to the people with reduced mobility.

2.1 PRIOR CONDITION

The prior acceptance by the customer of these General Conditions is essential when booking the race via our website https://driver4you.ma

2.2 STAGES OF RESERVATION

To book, the customer connects to the site by entering his reservation It informs the various fields related to the trip (place of departure, possibly a destination, type of car). In the absence of information from the place of departure, the ordering process can not succeed. In case of seizure of a destination, the company offers a price to complete the journey.

The customer is free to accept or not the offer of the company; if he accepts it, he must first have ensured that all the information in the reservation is consistent with the journey. In case of absence of seizure of a place of destination, the reservation will not succeed. The company transmits to the driver in charge of the daily journey the elements of the Order.

2.3 ADVANCE BOOKING

The customer can book a vehicle with the company on: https://driver4you.ma before the date and time of departure of the race. The delay can be up to 1 year up to 120 minutes minimum before the departure time. Last minute bookings between 22:00 pm and 06:00 am in the morning, can only be confirmed after a call to our reservation service.
Thus, the customer indicates the date, the time and the place of departure, the possible intermediate stages and the final point of arrival, as well as the other possible particularities of the race (additional indication for the place of rendezvous, etc.), not forgetting the names and surnames of the passenger. Depending on the number of existing orders on the date and time, the company reserves the right to refuse orders in advance.

The Company registers the order and takes into account the search for the vehicle, without making an immediate reservation of a vehicle at the time of the order. The vehicle search is carried out in the hour before the departure time, depending on the place of departure, and the traffic conditions.

2.4 BOOKING FROM AN AIRPORT

When booking, the customer must specify the airport, the date of the race, and the flight number. The landing time and the arrival terminal, which may be modified by the flight conditions and the airport authority, may be filled in but are not contractual. The responsibility of the company can not be engaged in case of error of information by the Customer (incomplete flight number, date error), or in case of error of information of the Service Info of the airport.

2.5 TELEPHONE BOOKING

The telephone ordering service is between 06:00 am and 10:00 pm and 7 days a week by means of a call to a Moroccan mobile number.

2.6 RESERVATION BY THE WEBSITE

The customer can place an order online, via the website: https://driver4you.ma

The online booking redirects as soon as validation to a secure site. No additional costs are levied by the company on the price of the race, apart from any additional cost due to the waiting time of the passenger by the driver at the point of departure.

2.7 OBLIGATION OF THE CUSTOMER

After validation of the reservation, the client must present himself at the place of appointment on the day and time. The customer will receive an Email and / or SMS confirmation. If waiting for the driver, waiting charges whose amount we have determined in section 5, it will automatically be billed beyond a period of 30 minutes. In case of no-show, the driver is deemed free to leave after a waiting period of 45 minutes.

Degradation :

The customer agrees to behave, aboard the vehicle, as a good father. In the event of degradation of the equipment or the vehicle attributable to the Customer, the Company will charge him the costs of repair or change of equipment. Passengers, adults and children, are required to fasten their seatbelt. A fine is incurred by those caught in default during a control by the police.

For safety reasons, it is forbidden to smoke, to consume alcohol and to transport flammable, explosive, corrosive or toxic substances. Failure to comply with this stipulation is the responsibility of the Customer and the passenger. The Company reserves the possibility of any possible appeal.

Baggage:

Baggage (a cabin / passenger type bag) must be placed in the trunk of the vehicle. The luggage remains under the full responsibility of the Customer. No luggage can be entrusted to the driver. The driver may refuse baggage whose weight or dimensions are excessive, as well as those he deems detrimental to the safety of transport.

Any modification of the estimate of the race originally planned and pay in advance through the site (waiting, parking, additional stop, change of address …) Will incur additional fees that are billed to the customer directly from the driver.

2.8 OBLIGATIONS OF THE COMPANY

Our service consists of a search service of an available vehicle corresponding to the reservation of the customer. The company has an obligation of means and makes every effort to find a vehicle available to the Customer as soon as possible.

Upon receipt of the Customer’s request, in case of seizure of the destination, the company undertakes to offer an offer indicating the price of the trip. If the customer accepts the offer, the company undertakes to send him a confirmation of the Order by email and / or SMS. We reiterate that these requests must take place during the opening hours of the reservation service from 06:00 am to 22:00 pm.

For reservations with option; payment on board, the company reserves the right to validate or not the request according to the schedule, the place of care and the amount of the order.

3.0 CANCELLATION OF BOOKING

All cancellation conditions are set out in these Terms and Conditions. If the vehicle has already arrived at the place of departure at the time of cancellation, the race will be totally due to the company.

If the customer has not canceled the order before the arrival of the vehicle, that the passenger does not show up at the place of departure where the driver or the company calls the customer on the phone, the full value of the race ordered is charged to the customer.

Termination:

When before the departure, the client (client) cancels the reservation, he must inform by Email, SMS or telephone our company. If applicable, a lump sum compensation will be due to driver4you, equal to:

  • 2 days before departure: 50% charged.
  • 24 hours before departure: 70% charged.
  • The same day: 100% invoiced.

4.0 CONFIDENTIALITY – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

These General Conditions are subject to the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data, files and freedoms. The customer has a right to access, rectify and delete personal data about him on request to the company. The company informs the customer about the use that is made of personal data, collected as part of the use of the site.

Data processing:

The company may communicate to third parties the customer’s details for the purposes of the use of the site and in particular to the Driver. Thus, the Customer has of course a right of objection (by any means and especially simple mail addressed to the company) to the transfer to third parties for the purpose of commercial prospecting personal information held on his person. The customer agrees that the company reserves the right to record and keep, for evidentiary purposes, all the information relating to the connections made, such as the data relating to the journeys made and the Customer’s personal details.

5.0 WAITING EXPENSES

The waiting fee amounts to 10 MAD MAD TTC per five minutes, they are paid extra with the driver (With a 30 min franchise). Reservations with airport pick-up are exempt from surcharges in the event of flight delays, provided that the customer has specified at the time of booking the exact flight number and its origin.

6.0 PAYMENT

Payment can be made directly on the site. Or in the vehicle according to the customer’s choice when booking.

7.0 ISSUE OF INVOICE

After payment online, the company sends the customer, by e-mail, an invoice directly to the email address he has given when booking. In case of payment in the vehicle, the driver will issue a receipt to the customer and an invoice will be sent by mail on request to driver4you.

8.0 AVAILABILITY

The countdown time and mileage of a provision of a vehicle with driver begins in Casablanca and ends in Casablanca (except agreement between the 2 parts).

8.1 SCOPE OF TRANSFER

The transfer begins with the customer’s climb in the driver’s vehicle and ends with the customer’s descent from the same vehicle.

8.2 CUSTOMER SUPPORT

The driver may refuse to take charge of the customer. If such refusal results from the behavior of the client (drunkenness, presence of an animal weighing more than 8 kg and not placed in a cage, danger to the safety of the driver and the vehicle, etc.) or incorrect information.

9.0 QUALITY COMMITMENT

The company is committed to a high level of quality and total professional secrecy.

9.1 COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS

The company undertakes to comply with the regulations in force regarding the operation of tourist transport services.

9.2 INSURANCE

The company benefits from a guarantee by a reputable insurance company and covers the risks related to its activity in accordance with the legislation in force. Passengers are considered as third parties vis-à-vis the driver, and are covered for all bodily injury, material except damage by their fault.

10.0: APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTIONS

These General Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. The disputes are submitted exclusively to the Casablanca Court.
